Billing
A membership fee of $75 is charged one time upon joining. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements set by the insurance company, you will be refunded $50 ($25 is non-refundable).
On the anniversary date of your membership, you will be charged a $25 driver renewal fee.
Every month you will receive an itemized statement for vehicle use from the previous month, including total hours reserved and total miles traveled. For members on our Standard and Standard Plus plans, your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) will be charged 5-7 days after you take your trip.
You can view your statement online beginning on the 10th of each month or if you prefer we can mail a hard copy to you. If you want to view your statement online just log on at the I-GO website and click on the My Accounts tab and change your statement delivery method to “Online Only.” Once you do this all future statements will be sent to electronically.
Businesses and households with multiple members receive one bill that will detail an itemized record of travel for each member.
