How is I-GO right for my business?
How can you help me replace or supplement my fleet cars?
We can generally meet your transportation demands with one I-GO car for every five of your fleet cars, which contributes to a huge savings. Architect and engineering firms, non-profits, universities and the City of Chicago have replaced some or all of their fleet vehicles with I-GO memberships. Some organizations find that it’s more economical to eliminate all of their in-house vehicles and do a complete replacement with I-GO; others keep some vehicles, but sell off those with lower utilization and use I-GO to fill the gaps. Can I get an I-GO car that only my employees can use?
Yes, in two ways. The car can be exclusive to your authorized drivers during the business day—what we call a “semi-exclusive vehicle.” Or the car can be exclusive to your authorized drivers 24/7. For further details on customizing your usage patterns, please
contact Anjuli Seth, I-GO’s Corporate Relations Manager.

How can I-GO help me reduce parking demand?
Several organizations have found success by offering their employees free I-GO memberships and free I-GO usage during the business day in exchange for turning in a parking pass. Fewer cars come to work, so you can put your capital resources into building productive assets rather than parking structures. This strategy is even more successful if you already offer transit passes as an employee benefit.

Can I get an I-GO car on my property?
There’s no better way to make I-GO accessible to your employees than to have a vehicle location on your property or in your building. We’re always interested in discussing a prospect for another I-GO car location.

Pricing and insurance
How will I track our monthly usage and costs?
Your company’s designated account manager will receive a fully itemized monthly statement that documents each driver’s hours and mileage, trip purpose, project/accounting code, and cost per trip.
X
Is there some way to estimate your trip cost when making a reservation?
We have an estimated trip cost calculator built into our online reservation system, which allows you to see your estimated cost before finalizing your reservation. When you first see the list of cars near your business or in your neighborhood, you’ll see the weekday hourly rate, the weekend hourly rate, and the day rate for each vehicle. Once you’ve selected the desired time for your reservation, the calculator will also display the estimated cost for that trip for each vehicle. That way, you can quickly see which vehicle will cost the least for that reservation.
X
Can I customize my rate plan to accommodate a larger company with sizable operations and staff?
Depending on the size of your company, we may be able to create a customized plan for your particular needs. Please
contact Anjuli Seth, I-GO’s Corporate Relations Manager with your request.

Are there set-up fees?
What insurance do you provide?
All I-GO members are insured when driving an I-GO vehicle. Our Damage Fee Waiver Program, however, reduces out-of-pocket cost for the principal account holder in the event of an accident for which the driver is found to be at fault. Please see our
Damage Fee Waiver FAQ for details on the program and how to sign up for it.
X
Are there stipulations for insurance coverage?
If any of the following rules are violated, insurance by I-GO may be withdrawn:
- Allowing non-approved drivers (non-members) to drive an I-GO vehicle, including family members
- Any use of an I-GO vehicle without a prior reservation
- Driving an I-GO vehicle outside the United States without prior permission from I-GO
