Thank you for purchasing I-GO’s Groupon!
Below are the instructions that you will need to follow in order to apply for your I-GO membership. We know that you’re excited about joining I-GO, so our Member Services team is ready to begin processing applications as of 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 15th. Please be advised that I-GO has specific eligibility requirements that all applicants must meet.
Please note the following before applying for membership:
1. You will have two unique rate plans to choose from: GO Standard and GO Standard Plus. GO Standard offers our lowest hourly rates and charges $.40 per mile, which is ideal for short hourly trips. GO Standard Plus charges slightly higher hourly rates but includes a large flat-rate mileage allotment, making it more suitable for longer trips. Both rate plans are billed on a “pay-as-you-drive” system, meaning you only pay for what you use and will never be subject to monthly plan fees.
2. To receive your reduced membership rate and $30 in driving credits, your Groupon Redemption Code will need to be entered in the Promotions field of the application. The Redemption code is located in the center of your Groupon receipt. Your $30 in driving credits comes with an expiration date: $10 expires after the first 30 days of membership and the remaining $20 will expire after 60 days of membership.

3. Options for obtaining your new membership packet are also included in the application, including same-day pickup, expedited delivery, and standard shipping.
4. Debit/credit card information is required in the application form but you will not be charged for the membership application process. Rather, this is used to set up a payment system for any I-GO use that occurs after your $30 in free driving credit has been depleted.

Once your application is approved, the Groupon is good for one year of membership with I-GO Car Sharing. Our Member Services staff will issue a message notification a month before your membership is due to expire with instructions for renewal. If no response is received, your membership will expire one year from your membership start date.
After receiving your new member kit, including a member number and access tag, you can begin making reservations online (by logging in to the I-GO website or our mobile site) or by phone and start using any vehicle in our growing fleet of eco-friendly vehicles.
