Log in with your I-GO member number to search for available cars 24/7/365 at www.igocars.org or on our mobile site. Or call us 24/7 to schedule your next trip.

Drive off!

Access the car with an I-GO Access Tag or I-GO/CTA Smart Card. Hold it over a windshield sensor to unlock the doors.

The ignition key is in the electronic keypad inside the glovebox. Take the ignition key with you when you exit the car during your trip to lock and unlock doors. Return the car to its spot, replace the key, and hold your tag or card over the sensor to lock the doors and end your trip.

Manage your membership

Use your online account to manage reservations, track your usage, receive important messages, give us feedback, and sync reservations with your Google calendar and mobile text notifications.
