Description: I-GO’s Chi-Town Rewards program entitles I-GO Car Sharing members to discounts offered by participating business partners.

How it works: Chi-Town Rewards partners provide a discount offer exclusive to I-GO members, who present their I-GO smart card or coupon print-out from I-GO’s web site to redeem the offer. (Online businesses may request I-GO members’ ID numbers, which can be verified by emailing info@igocars.org or calling 773-278-4446 and pressing 1. If emailing, please include “Chi-Town Rewards verification” in the subject line.)

What you get: Your business profiled on I-GO’s web site; promotion in I-GO’s monthly e-newsletter distributed to thousands of members; visibility in I-GO social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Vimeo, YouTube); and other cross-promotional opportunities at events hosted or attended by I-GO staff. To be featured as our “Deal of the Month” business, we encourage you to propose special one-time offers exceeding the value of your day-to-day discount. (Please contact Lauren Hugel at lauren@igocars.org to submit a “Deal of the Month” proposal.) The discount offer remains in effect until terminated by either the participating business or I-GO Car Sharing.

What we need: We’ll mail you a welcome kit that includes an I-GO Chi-Town Rewards partner decal you can display in your business (e.g., on a front window or door or near a register). If you maintain a web site or customer mailing list, we’d appreciate any promotion you can include of Chi-Town Rewards and I-GO Car Sharing, with a link to: http://www.igocars.org/member-benefits/chi-town-rewards/.
