Over 60 “trial runs” later, she debuted with six amazing types of truffles, and three exquisite varieties of caramels. Their truffles are hand-dipped, creating the signature “pooling” of chocolate around the base. Caramels are made with local Illinois honey, and hand-stirred to perfection.
